My family intends to make ourselves some "care packages" that we will have shipped to India via international shipping.

I'm not sure what these boxes will contain, but there may be personal or valuable items inside.

Are they likely to be searched as a matter of course?

We sent a package with guide books to Chennai. They never arrived.

Are you prepared to accept the fact that you may just lose your personal, valuable items?

My Mom sent me a care package of home made cookies, brownies, & raspberry squares etc. to Delhi once. It arrived on schedule.
Not all of it though, there was inventory missing.

Connecting this one with the symbol & Peak's loss of cookies it hints that someone got the munchies. I have had luck sending book parcels. But, who wants that.?
