Malaysia KLIA and LCCT guide
Here is the guide for all travelers after some small but valuable piece of information.

Malaysia has two airport, KLIA has best amenities expected from any international airport. But airport shops and food court is closed from 12 midnight to 6 am in morning, mostly all located on main terminal level one. So if you are changing flights and has stopover during night take some food with you. There is Burger King on main terminal hub at level one but vegetarian burger NOT available!!!

All gates are interconnected via train including departure, arrival and immigration.

KLIA is connected via superfast train but it is expensive, luxurious and fastest option to reach KL city center. Cheapest option is via bus and cost about 25 RM.

There is big bus stop with in close proximity of airport (just outside the airport – you can easily walk with your luggage on trolley) and it can take you to all parts of Malaysia and to Singapore as well. Hotel drop-off in city is also available from that bus stop.

Do not exchange money at food outlet or any shop on KLIA its expensive rate, city center has best rate

Terminal interconnection: KLIA and LCCT connected by free shuttle service provided by airport authority frequency during day is quite frequent during day but during night 12 mid night to 6am is every 30min.

Luggage storage is also available per piece and they also offer service to transfer luggage to LCCT, should you need to. Prices are high!
Cab services, mobile connection SIM card and cab services near arrival final gate.

Malaysia LCCT – budget terminal for Air Asia
Most of the Air Asia flight for international and domestic destination depart from this terminal, it does not have very fancy amenities but has great options for food. Its best place for vegetarian to eat, there is variety of Indian (bhaji pav, dosa, puri subji, chai, idli) and international food options including fruit and juice option.

Cab services, mobile connection SIM card and cab services near main entrance of departure, which is sort of odd.

**there is no Jain or Swaminarayan food options at both airport, but you can get chai at LCCT and use your khakra, theypla etc. But if you have visa you can go out of KLIA terminal (entering Malaysia) use free shuttle to reach LCCT eat your food and come back to KLIA. You can only do that if you have visa for Malaysia, I travel frequently so If adequate time between my flight I go out of airport and eat something, NOT ADVISED TO PERSON WHO DO NOT HAVE VISA, BE SAFE NOT EXTRA BOLD!
