This is a really nice project that works in partnership with a small UK based charity. I had a really fab three weeks there in February 2010 and have since returned as I made good friends there.

The volunteering is quite laid back and you don't need any skills.

Actually, I found the best thing about this place was that I learned so much about rural Indian life and lots about the culture which helped when I continued to travel around India. You also can get Hindi lessons and yoga practice, if anyone has any questions you can ask me here or contact through the website or facebook.

It's 265 for three weeks which I thought was pretty reasonable and you can stay for longer for a minimum charge for food and accommodation.
