No point in going to kausani but definitely add Jageshwar to your list. Muketshwar is too crowded now a days so Chaukori will be better place to spend the time. Patal bhuvneshwar is another option. All these places are close by so the travel time will be negligible.
If you find my posts confrontationist, please bear, I am an old frustrated guy who has nothing better to do than sit on rocking chair and curse the world whole day

Thanks for sharing friends I will save the number do you suggest i should book cab from Nainital itself? We have 2 days binsar 2 days chaukori and 2 days of kausani in mind i was suggested Nainital is way too crowded and commercial so i am just brushing past it on way to Corbett....even I want to know the rates if possible for a family of 4

A Scorpio for 4 people might cost you more than a car, so you need to also keep that in mind. For Nainital, what you can do is on your way to Corbett you should go through Nainital, spend a couple of hours time in Nainital and move on to Corbett. You can check with and ask your driver and ask him to exit Nainital through the Kaladhungi side, that way you will go through Nainital also.

Just a suggestion, instead of going all the way to Chaukori, and not go to Munsiyari, I would rather think going and staying in Mukteshwar is a better option. May at a future date, you can cover Chakori and Munsiyari at one go and enjoy that stretch more thoroughly. Of course, its your call finally.
