Hi,

Me with my friend planning to go for a 7-10 days trek in Uttarakhand staring from 23rd, this month. Our first option is Mayali Pass. But we heard that the trail may may not be open. So any suggestions you guys can provide will be great. We are looking for diverse landscapes, little difficulty and added to that snow falls will mind blowing . Really looking for some response. Thanks

Would it be a good idea to let us know where all you have trekked instead of we suggesting and then you saying that you have been there?

Satopanth lake - swargrohini trek could be a good option.

Finally, Sayan, I and 4 other friends completed Satopanth Trek in Nov Ist week. It was an awesome experience in extreme cold. Initially most of the guides in that area showed their inability for the trek during that time but a young lad Somesh Panwar from Pandukeshwar took us to Satopanth Lake, he is a nice person, guide.
Attaching few pics.
