Doable, but it will be really hectic. Only possible if the weather conditions are perfect and you hire a car.

Also, You can strike off Binsar from the list as it is not a village / town per se and can only be enjoyed if you are staying overnight

Thanks Bsenroy for reply.

For sure i will hire a car. As we will go to Chaukori via binsar only, won't it be possible to just spend 1-2 hours over there.

It is definitely possible. The entrance to Binsar is on the main road itself. You will have to pay an entry fee (Rs 150 per person, if i am not mistaken) and a vehicle entry fee. 11 kms uphill is the KMVN resort which has a terrace with beautiful views. Expect to see Panchachuli if its not cloudy. Halfway down the road at the end of a meadow is the 12th century Binsar Mahadev Temple.

Binsar is not on the Nainital-Chokori route, its a detour ( although a small one)
Time taken will be : Nainital- Almora : around 2 hrs
Almora- Binsar : around 1 hr
Binsar- Chokori : around 4 hrs

Well even I like touch and go visits so would not advice against visiting all the places if thats what you want.
If you want to cover all these places you need to decide what kind of place you want to spend night in.
If you want a peaceful place with awesome views then Chokori/Kausani are good.
If you want a proper hill-station with a market to buy some souvenirs and stroll around then Nainital/Almora are places to be (Nainital is more scenic and more touristy ).
If you are comfortable with around 7 hrs travel in a day for 3 days then good enough otherwise drop a place and do it leisurely.
Not sure if I have helped but I am not much helpful with advice but can help with facts

In my opinion, if possible please skip Kausani and Ranikhet.

Reason being, they are more or less similar to Binsar in terms surroundings and views (if we are talking about Himalayas). Infact far more crowded than Binsar. Moreover a two day trip is too short a time to relish beauty and uniqueness of all these places.

Proceed directly to Binsar and spend a night there. Next day head for Chaukori and make a day trip to Patal Bhuvaneshwar (an ancient and unique temple situated 45 Km from Chaukori). Infact there is a KMVN at Patal Bhuvaneshwar if you wish to stay there

On day three, return to Nainital via Sheraghat-Almora route and make a visit to 10th century Jageshwar temple (a slight one-way detour of about 15 km)near Almora.

Hope it helps

Thanks for the suggession. I have decided to keep one night stay in Nainital and one night stay in Kausani as follows:

Day 1: (Arrival nainital in morning 7 AM) Local site seen and night stay
Day 2: Nainital-Mukteshwar-Kausani
Day 3: Kausani-Ranikhet-Nainital (Departure from nainital in night 9 PM)

I think this could work better.

Could you please suggest the hotel in Nainital (Budget of Rs 2000/-) & Kausani (Budget of Rs 3500/-)

Thanks
Chandan

I am planning to visit Kumayun region for 3-4 days. I will be driving my own car. I have planned to stay at Bhimtal and then at Chaukori and roam around those two places. recently I have noticed that Dharchula is 100 km from Choukri. will it be worth going there?

Yes

PS: 3/4 days for Kumaon would be very insufficient
