2 Hille /Tikhedhunga - Ghorepani (2750 m) 7 hrs*
3 Ghorepani  - Poon Hill (3210 m) - Tadapani (2650 m)7-8 hrs*
4 Tadapani  - Chomrong (2170 m) 5 hrs*
5 Chomrong  - Himalayas (2920 m)/Dovan 7-8 hrs*
6 Himalayas/Dovan - Machapuchare Base Camp (3700 m) 4-5 hrs*
7 MBC - Annapurna Base Camp  (4130 m)  3 hrs (1/2 day hike to glacier at  higher elevation optional)*
8 Annapurna Base Camp - Sinuwa (2340 m) 7-8 hrs*
9 Sinuwa - Jhinu Danda (1780 m) via Chomrong visit hotsprings 7 hrs*

It will be very cold at that time. If you do not have down jackets, then you need to hire down jackets to wear in the tea houses apart from the thermals.
I did this without a guide or porter with another friend about 7-8 years back.

Cheers and Happy outdoors!

I did this trek last year around the same time. It is a good time to go. We did something similar. We had a porter but if you can carry your stuff, you can go without.

8 Annapurna Base Camp - Sinuwa (2340 m) 7-8 hrs* <- You can also stop in Bamboo. It is not that difficult to make it Jhinu Danda from there the next day, and still have time for the hot springs

9 Sinuwa - Jhinu Danda (1780 m) via Chomrong visit hotsprings 7 hrs* <- More like 4 hours. Took us about 6 hours, if that, from Bamboo

10 Jhinu Danda (1780 m) - Shiwai 6 hrs Pokhara 3 hr drive* <- Took 3.5 hours.

I think we paid $20/day plus tip. You might be able to do better - as we are not the most price conscious customers.

I am not the best one to answer as we were short on time and started and ended in Siwai.

The only important advice I can give you is to not ascend too fast once you get to the higher altitude. We stayed in Himalaya, MBC and ABC. It worked OK but the ideal / recommended is to stay in Deurali, MBC and then ABC. In either case, do make sure to spend a night in MBC before spending the night in ABC.

Forget Poon Hill. Go to Ghandruk from Chomrong. The views are great from there except you will not see Dhaulagiri. From Chomrong you go down to Kimrong Danda, cross the river and walk up to Ghandruk.
