Depends on what you want to do.

DAY 1 :
option1 - You can explore some some trails in Kasol and enjoy their hash brownies for a day and get accustomed to the climate/altitude.
option 2 You can also explore manikaran and few places nearby

Day 2
Get the bus from Kasol to barsheni early in the morning. From the base of the NHPC power project, you can either go to tosh and stay there for the day.

Day3
From tosh, you can trek to Kheerganga - directly ( not advisable ) or come to NHPC dam base, and then start trek for Kheerganga. Start by 530/600 AM sharp

Day4
Enjoy kheerganga for first half and then make your way back to Kasol by sundown.

It's probably the coldest month of the year to be in Parvati, especially Manikaran, because the 2 sides of the valley are so close together not much sunlight gets in through the day, if you do get there choose an hotel that is piped to the hot springs & has an hotsprings bath. Sometimes the road is totally blocked with snow in February, so you may not be able to get there. Kasol is more or less closed down at this time. Trekking to Mankaran is a danger & there is a real risk of getting snowed in at this time, especially if trekking alone, if you do go take a guide from Barshaini.
