We are 3 friends from Adelaide, Australia planning to fly to Delhi 1-21 June 2019. We would like to do 1 or 2 moderate treks from Manali or Leh, up to 15 days in total. We would prefer self guided teahouse style treks but can go to more remote areas with a bit of support from a local guide. Looking for route suggestions and a local guide to assist in planning our trip.

Ladakh can be seriously cold above the main valley level and the passes like ganda La and Kongmaru La in markha might not be open, certainly the higher stuff will be tricky.
Shyam will be OK as will Matho (I think)
Its been a long while since I went to Manali trekking but i remember summer as leaden cloud, occasional appalling rain and general wash out. check a few weather sites for historic rainfall figures
