I thought I'd create a thread on the IPL since I couldn't find one so people can discuss the games/arranging meeting up at games/talking about the cheerleaders...

Anyway, I'm from the UK, backpacking from April-May and thinking about attending a game to experience the atmosphere (and maybe catch a sight of Preity Zinta )

Is it easy for people from abroad to get tickets and how would they go about getting them?

With my dates in mind, I'm thinking about going to either the Delhi vs Kochi or Delhi vs Kolkata game.

I think KKR will miss Gayle more than Saurav. However, on papers, they have a wonderful team, and should give the other teams a run for their money! However, if this team doesn't click...they are gonna bring dada back next year for sure!

And knowing the way his stars have behaved...I won't be surprised if he plays next year. I am sure he is not going to give them a pat on the back and say "aashi", rather, as always, he will accept the challenge, and put up a show! I really wish he shows up for one last time, and ends with a bang!

So does anyone know how people from abroad can get tickets for the games? I'm now thinking about going to the Mumbai v Kochi match. Is anyone else planning on going to any of the games?
