Question 1: Ideally My day 7 and 8 can be inserted at the beginning of the trip. i.e. After visiting Nathula Pass and Tsongo lake on Day 3. Is that what you mean?

Question 2: What is the expected climate in Sikkim during Dec 6-15? Can we see snow fall?

I enquired with a tour operator, they mentioned those details. I haven't decided on the tour operator for visiting Zero Point/Katao/Gurudongmar yet.

Big Dilemma: Is it good to see both Katao and Zero Point?? I wanted to visit both because we will never know when we visit there again.

Another Question: Chances for the mentioned places to be closed due to extreme climate? Is that happened to anyone here and what is your advise on that?

no........start sikkim with Dzongu directly from NJP........then Lachen (G'lake etc) - Lachung (Katao, Yumthang,O-point etc) - Gangtok - Nathula etc - Gangtok - NJP

expect -3°C to - 8°C at dawn ..........afternoon light shower.............snow cant be found on high altitude as monsoon plays heavy & delay this year

yes! otherwise repent lifelong you'll get snow definitely at Katao at that time

Well, I know it has been very long since I had posted this thread. I had followed the itinerary mentioned above and it was a lifetime experience. I wished to stay longer in Dzongu Valley, alas i was already planned for the Yumthang. So decided to take off.

Ass far staying in Dzongu, I would strongly recommend the house stay with Dupden. He is a great person and character and his house is at the right place where you can enjoy the ever young Kanchunjunga from your room window.
