Can someone tell me if a two-day hike from Pelling to Yuksom via Khecheopalri lake is doable solo? What's the distance between Pelling and Kecheopalri lake, and then between the lake and Yuksom? Is end September a good time of the year to do this hike? Any permits needed to do it? And can one stay in a tent at Khecheopalri lake? If yes, contact numbers of people who arrange this?
Regards

No, Khecheopalri is a holy lake. you can't pitch a tent there.
