Mobile/Satelite Towers in Residential Areas

Please help me how can I ask for information under RTI from Pollution Control Department regarding installation of Mobile Tower in Residential Area?

and please advise if I/we can do anything/something to shut it down?:mad:

Hi! read in the newspaper, a person was able to get the mobile antenna removed from the neigbour's roof after pleading to the local authorities that he is not able to sleep in the night and is in constant fear for his life. Fearing that during high wind the antenna can fall on his house leading to killing him and his family.
