Very well then I contradict myself,
(I am large, I contain multitudes.)

No VA, that seems to be outside the zoo. We are inside it! (open for correction!)

So can you locate it in the zoo or get a name? Or can you get a photo match?(I have struggled considerably and got some!)
Anyone of the above and I will close it off!
The puzzle place is apparently older than the zoo and is revered by by both hindus and muslims. By the way, the zoo will complete a century in 4 years time!

Bheemrao ambedkar park? Its next to the mosque hence my conjecture. There's at-least some muslim building element seen in the last clue.

As per above, we are very much inside the zoo. So any attempts made for places outside are nonviable ones!

No, smarak is outside zoo and hence not in picture. No society place either.

The whole thing is muslim structure, right from the second clue - which shows a tomb covered by the traditional 'chadar'' and clue 4 which shows a muslim burial structure.

To reiterate!

It is not an archetypal snotty puzzle, where you get photos by the ton online. (You can only see glimpses in photos posted online!) Also details are sort of sketchy as of now, trying to get those - but may take some time. Till then I will stick to the name painted on the structure as the puzzle name or the location which can be found from some photos online. Or else 'EoD' to declare it myself!

The next clue should help finish a part of the above (and hence the puzzle) before the deadline!

Have seen a shot very like #65005 same aviary cage, same platform, same or similar tree without the tomb but with an ostrich. Seeing another ostrich in your latest clue, I have to assume this is all in the ostrich pens. But I can't go further, since there seems to be no plan of the zoo on the web under any of its several names.

I wouldn't go so far as to call snotty an ostrich.....no matter the quality of the puzzle clues.

In re: snotty as ostrich.

Ostriches stick their head in the sand, they say. I will leave it to you to carry the thought further.

There is only one adult ostrich in the zoo and two chick ostriches. (don't ask me how one can get two chicks out of one adult now!) And the bird in the clue is not an ostrich. So would that help? A bird similar to an ostrich but not an ostrich. You should be able to find two photos and two videos showing part of the puzzle structure.

Ignored!

Anyways EoD is close, so if you want to be called a winner, now is the chance!
