Dear All:

I'm an expat living in Navi Mumbai. I rescued a kitten a few months ago and since I was living in a apartment that did not allow pets, had her boarded at someone else's apartment. She turned out to be pregnant and gave birth to four kittens. The kittens are about 9 weeks, and the mother is around 9 months old now.

I am leaving the country on Monday but am looking for someone reliable and competent to help with exporting the kittens to the United States and possibly finding a good home for 1 or 2. I am willing to pay the right individual plus all the associated fees.

Hope someone can help me out.

C.

Sorry I meant to say possibly find a good home for one or 2 of the kittens locally and export the rest to the US.

Thanks,

C.

The only person I know of that can get these kittens out of India is Dr. Choudhary in Delhi, see; http://www.choudharypetclinic.com & www.petfly.in
But you left it late, very late. To take animals our of India takes time so probably you will have to board the kittens for a while.

You can home in India but the life expectancy is significantly lower than in the western wold, mainly because of poor medical care and low experience with cats.

You can try Nilesh Bahange from PAWS, he has lots of connections and is motivated by money but also keep the interest of the animal in mind. He could also help with boarding if needed. See:
The time will come when men will look upon the murder of animals as they look upon the murder of men.
