Alcohol limit in international flights to India

I will be travelling to Kochi from Johannesburg next week. I intend to carry 2 ltr Alcohol (46%) and 4 ltrs of non alcoholic wine.... Is it fine in check in luggage? Or is there any restrictions?

2 liters of alcohol. Since the wine is non-alcohol don't know. Might have to pay some duty. But I've never had my bag opened in India.

I have but explained the 3rd bottle, Chevas Regal, for my old supervisor in India. The fine officer recognized Lehaz (Kashmiri for old times sake) instantly..
