Hi All,

I am relocating to Pune by first week of June 2012 and my company is in Magarpatta city. Initially for 15 days I get the company accommodation & within that period, I need to search a 1BHK near by Magarpatta.Preferable distance would be 7-8 Kms (one side) as I have my two wheeler and can travel by that daily.

Can anyone give me an idea about the cost for 1BHK for rent and also areas of preference. My budget is between 4000-6000/month as I will be staying alone.

Please help me by giving some inputs. Waiting for your valuable replies.

Try reading simmilar threads, The best place is to see your company classifieds for rentals.
I do not think you can get anything for 4000, you might get something for 6000. But I have serious doubts on that.

Even I feel that it would be very difficult to get a 1BHK for 4000-6000/month in Pune.... you need to pay atleast 8-10k/month..... there are plenty of online websites where you can serach for flats available on rent... or else get touch with some local estate agent..

Try Wanowrie which is close to 8 KMs from Magarpatta city. It has a society called as Salunkhe vihar which is pretty good.

If you really want an accommodation in 4000-6000, you can try searching it around IBM, Fursungi location. Like Satavvadi, Kale-padal, Gondhalenagar. I stay at Gondhalengar and you can easily find 1 BHK in 5000-6000 Rs.

These areas are around 5 Kms away from Magarpatta
-Sushant.
