Hi,

I have a bunch of photos that I want to make into a collage and gift it.
Any suggestions for someone who can print a large canvas -- at least a 16" x 20".

Where can I find someone who does this within Pune?

p.s. Canvas is not necessary; paper might do as well, though I think this would last longer.
p.p.s. Called just dial, they lost me at Canvas :|

Look for commercial photographers, or offset printers. 16" by 20" is not large. Many old fashioned printers would want you to give them a 300dpi file. You could also ask the local HP dealer where they have sold their large roll printers in the city.

I have used these guys to create commemorative coffee table books using my photographs. The product was pretty good and delivery a bit before time!

http://www.zoomin.com/

You can create photo books of various types (leather binding as well) or print on canvas as you wanted - check this link http://www.zoomin.com/Photo-Books

and this is the collage/poster option - http://www.zoomin.com/Collage
Some of my ramblings!

Thanks, sidch. The problem with zoomin is that I don't have an easy way of creating a large collage.

nycank -- agree, 16 x 20 isn't too large. Ideally wanted larger, but this was the minimum.
Good suggestion on commercial photographers; I'll check "offset printers" specifically. Hope they do canvas.

Offset printing is meant for multiple copies in the hundreds or thousands and wwould be grossly uneconomical for just one or a few. Any photo lab, would be able to print one of A2 size paper or even bigger.

If it is really 16 inch by 20 inch, you may visit any of studio or photo lab. They will create/print collage for you.

If you want large canvas of 16 ft by 20 ft size, you should visit any commercial designer. She/he will create one for you and would be suggesting place where it could be printed.
