Hope democracy means hearing everybody.
Healing the minorities, not beating anyone verbally, mentally or psychologically. Hope all respect everybody. And minorities are neither over-marginalized nor become a thorn in the foot to take advantage of the respect given to them. Hope funds, time, energy and political capital is used to strenghtne the EDUCATION and COACHING of weaker sections in pursuit of more equitable and fair society with strong country of high standards; instead of for diluting the standards of professional conduct in every profession, and hope the word CASTE gets studied only in archeology and history, never in planning, operations or future daily life of people !! - Gender
