Hello! I found this necklace with identical medallions on it and I am trying to identify what language it is/what it says. Does it look familiar to anyone?

Turn it upside down. The script is Arabic.

Thanks for the tip! After flipping the image and doing some further research, I think it's a replica of an old Ottoman Empire coin which would suggest the writing is old Turkish which "borrows, in all aspects, extensively from Arabic, Persian, Greek and Latin"
