What are you asking about? In another thread, you have asked same queries about Uttarakhand. Please, first decide where you want to enjoy your honneymoon trip? Then we will tell you everything.

The OP was initially planning a honeymoon in Darjeeling and Sikkim since Shimla and Manali were nearby.

Don't be confused, Raj. Focus on only one place and plan accordingly. In last February, you need not to any booking in advance- hotels and buses. Try to answer these questions and I sure your confusion will end up:
Do you want to play in snow?
Do you want to see fresh snowfall?
Do you want to boat in a lake?
Do you want to raft in Ganges?
Rise your wish and pack your bag.

You want to play in snow, then without any doubt, head for Manali.

No train goes there. You will have to go by bus. Check for timing and availability of Himachal buses at this link: http://www.hrtc.gov.in/hrtctickets/Availability.aspx
There is no lack of accommodation options in Manali. No advance booking required. What to do there, your hotel owner will tell you. Days: as much as you have.
