It's in a different State (Tamil Nadu, not Kerala) to begin with; going by their contact address .

Indeed, this address is within the city of Chennai, so wrong coast, let alone wrong state. They seem to offer a series of expensive remedies for online shopping...

I did? I'm trying hard to remember ever visiting a herbal clinic in Chennai!

There are holes in my brain, this may be one of those "elder moments"

I've had ayuvedic treatment in Kerala at several places, most of which were good and some very good. I've been to homeopaths here in Chennai and, a for conventional medicine, it is my hometown so I have visited a few doctors for this and that.

Anyway, from both Darklord and myself, between us:

point 1. The place you refer to is not in the lush, green state of Kerala, it is in the dry and dusty city of Chenai, Tamil Nadu.

point 2. fifty US dollars is a lot of money to pay for some herbs. Especially with another $50 for postage.

Apart from that, I don't think I know anything about the place.

My wife sometimes goes to a herbal doctor in the same area. I don't think it is the same one. My job has been to park the car, so I didn't meet him.

There is a big hospital in Chennai called IMPCOPS which provides traditional Indian treatment and medicines. I haven't been there either (drive past it regularly). It's another thing for your research.

If anything else comes back to my memory ... I'll post it here

WAIT! ...

Google's inteligence is wonderful, and followings suggestions, I think you might mean

Dhanwanthari Vaidyasala

which is in Kerala.

Still... I don't know about it.
