Hi all,
I have some questions before my trip to Jodhpur.
I am booking the train ticket from Varanasi to Jodhpur, but I don't know which station I should book because I found 2 stations: Jam Jodhpur Junction and Jodhpur Junction .
The latter (without "Jam") seems the one I should choose but I am not sure.
Could anyone help to confirm for me?
And I also look for a restaurant with the best view of the fort and the blue city. I found some names: Hotel Haveli, Haveli Inn Pal and Indique. Which one do you recommend?
I really love the view of the restaurant in this photo: http://www.terragalleria.com/asia/in...indi38762.html. Do you know its name?

Thank you for any comments .

Cheers,
Lien_Ta

Hi lien_ta
You are right concerning the station, it is Jodhpur Junction the station code is JU. See also this link http://erail.in?T=BSB::JU:

I don't know all the restaurants you mention but Jodhpur is not that big so you will find them when you are there.

How about Pal Haveli?

....which is not the same as Haveli Inn Pal, although they are right next to each other.

Their rooftop restaurant is great and has fantastic views of the city and the fort.

Plus one for Pal Haveli. Excellent service, big rooms with huge king size beds..

View from rooftop is awesome.. Looks pretty cool when you have breakfast as well as dinner. ATTACH]12593[/ATTACH]
