Hi all

I'm stuck as to where to stay near Jaipur for a few days, I've found 2-3 options.

I have a friend in Naraina who I want to spend a day with & the three places I've shortlisted aren't too far away, just in different directions.

So driving from Jodhpur, my choices are:

Marwa Fort (between Roopangarh & Naraina). Looks nice & peaceful, Kishangarh visit? Not Ajmer though.

Sambhar Heritage Resort north of Naraina. Bit expensive but would be nice to spend some quality time at Sambhar lake photographing all that vastness, has anyone spent a full day there? Is mid April even a good time to visit?

Pachewar Garh Fort. South of Naraina. Todaraisingh is not too far away, would love to see the stepwells there (five of six has not been photographed yet.

I could maybe stay at two of the above places, but then I would have to skip Jaipur itself, which I'm not keen on doing (even after 9 trips).

What do you guys think?

Cheers

i love jaipur. maybe it's because i was brought up there (until i was seven). i know it's a lot more crowded now and a lot more polluted. but i still love it.

i would definitely not skip jaipur. i would find a way of staying there.
