I know there's a law against it (and that's probably healthy in a longer perspective) but is it possible, or common, to still see snake charmers in Jaipur today?

Possibly in suburbs where its less likely to draw attention and goody two shoes. Its been over a decade since I have seen this and the old gentleman told me there was no money in the profession and his son didn't want to continue in it. Listen for that funny hand snare drum. My experience was serendipity. My impression is there is no set pattern just wandering. But, as always ask around..
