Arrive in November for the coming season in Goa on a scheduled flight via Mumbai.
I need to return to UK for a few days in February for a routine medical check up.
I would like to use Thomas Cook for this return trip.GOA LGW LGW. GOA.
Have heard conflicting reports that I won't be able to fly out on a Thomas Cook flight as I arrived in India on a scheduled flight and Thomas cook may be a charter flight.
I contacted Thomas Cook got two different answers.
Has anybody got the definitive answer.
Thank you.

Thomas Cook Airlines as the name suggests are an Airline now and not a charter, can't see any problem

I used Thomas Cook airlines to fly to and from USA recently, and it was exactly as a normal airline.

I made a "mock" booking just now, and it seems to accept the return booking from Goa to Gatwick without issue. Thomas Cook flights even show up on Opodo, the ticket site, so I don't think there are any "charter" problems.
