I want to spend a couple of days in any of the national parks in the first week of March, 2019. My 7 year old son will be with me. I visited Sundarbans last February, except deer, I could not see any animals. Though there was a different kind of charm visiting Sundarbans even though I could not see animals. This time I am looking for a place where we can see lots of wildlife (so it would be exciting for my son) has an option of elephant safari and camping. I will be traveling from Kolkata. Seeking suggestions from wildlife lovers. Thanks.

Kaziranga is a safe bet in March, no other park offers such varied platter. I would request you to avoid elephant ride though on account of cruelty to those beautiful animals.

March is a nice time to visit Ranthambore. More visibility of Animals as Grass is Dry and Less water Holes
