Hello,

We've a group of 10 persons and planning a trip of Corbett National Park for last week of Feb or First week of March. Can someone suggest me some good economic hotels inside the jungle as I've heard that Dhikala FRH would be the best place to stay.

TIA,
Manashi

I stayed at Ashoka Tiger trail which was very nice. Near Jim's Jungle retreat.

In my view Dhikala FRH is the best option to enjoy the beauty of Corbett Park, but the only thing is you have to book well in advance for accomodation.

However, the good thing is that those guyz have a office in Delhi from where you can book the FRH in advance. Unfortunately, I have lost their number, otherwise it would have helped you. You should search the internet and you can find their address in Delhi and phone numbers. Last time when I called, they said that they dont have any rooms availabe till Feb and asked me to call after few days to book for March.

I was also surprised when I first heard it back in Jan, but when I called their Delhi office, they told me that you can book it from here but no space was avialable at that time.

If my memory serves me right, their number is 011-23319835. It is Uttrakhand tourism office and they book a 2night 3 days package @ 7500 INR and the stay would be at Dhikala FRH. You can call them for more details.

Jim Corbett Trip

check this sites

getting a booking in Dhikala is very tough....

Last year, I had been to corbett for 3D/2N package from KMVN. Trip starts from delhi and ends at delhi.
It includes
1) Travel from delhi to dhikala
2) Stay and food
3) 1 Jeep safari and 1 elephant safari
4) Travel from dhikala to delhi

Extra safaris we need to arrange it in dhikala

They charge around 5500 Rs/per person last year

Good options...
