I was trying to book the Bandhavgarh Forest Entry Pass through the website of

While 3 bookings gone successfully, 4th one encountered following error:

Has anyone faced such a situation? If yes, what is the best way of contacting them or easiest way for resolution. It seems my Credit Card is charged already but ticket is not booked. I have logged a complain in MPonline website and got a complain number. But not sure for a Government Organization that works or not? Should I call or lodging complaints through website is sufficient? Any experience regarding this?
