Hello All
Coming out of "lurker-vile" to seek help
We are planning a quick trip of 2-3 days to Corbett around 25 May 2013. We will be 3 people - Myself , Husband and our six year old. We have been to other wild life parks and enjoy the experiance - so looking to repeat the same with Corbett!

By reading through this site , I did try to contract Mr. Ramesh on his site but no luck yet in reaching him.
Anybody has his cell # ? Also If we are not able to reach to him - any recommendations on other good guide?

Regards
Snehamayee

Any help for poor old me ?
Still no luck with Mr Ramesh .... Any body else you experts can recommend? In my past exp with other NPs like Ranthambore, Kanha , tadoba and Geer - a guide/naturalist can make or break the trip

I'm also looking for a good guide for Corbett

Are there any real good guides for Corbett, guides who are extremely familiar not only with the national park but also with Jim Corbett related places like Naini Tal, Kaladhungi, Champawat and Rudraprayag?

I have tried to contact Ramesh but without success - surely he can't be the only guide in that area? Contact details of tour guides are highly welcome!

Hi KOC, who managed to guide you then? Was it Ramesh seemingly the only able Corbett guide as per IM or someone else?

Ramesh is not the only guide in Corbett by any means! He runs Tigers in Corbett (www.tigersincorbett.com) he is an excellent local guide and works with other local guides and drivers ensuring that the income generated goes to local people rather than the large tourist organizations. The best way to contact him is through his website.

Sorry was not able to connect in a LOOONG time - we indeed went to corbett and had a brilliant time with Mr Imran Khan . Don't have his number handy but will be glad to search and share if any one interested. He has his own smallish resort.

Hi All,

I am planning a trip in Nov end. Reached out to Ramesh over mail, but he is not responding. May be he is already booked that weekend.
Are there any other recommended guides and their contact details? Please share.

Thanks.
