Hey all,

I'll teach u all groundnut chutney. It rocks. Can be had with dosa, idlis, bajjis and vadas.

Ingredients :
1. 100 gms fired groundnuts
2. chopped onions - 2 medium sizes ones
3. chillies - green or read - 4 no's
4. tamarind - one small ball
5. salt to taste

Fry all of above in oil. Then, put them in a mixie jar and make a paste, till it is fine. Add water if required.

Season paste with mustard and jeera, curry leaves also.

Tastes yummy.

This sounds delicious - I'm going to make it! Thank you! Does fired groundnuts mean roasted peanuts?

Thanks for recommendation Radjesh. I intend to go easy on the chillies - the last 12 months I seemed to have developed a slight allergy to them in my mouth - if too much my tongue, inside the lips feels like fire and it is horrible! I can have a very small amount though - don't know why this came about, before could eat any amount! (Most annoying!)
