And how can I go there conviniently?

Help yourself Bobby, details, details and more details.

Unless Delhi has instantly become the first mega city in the world to not have rush hour trafic, timing would be the number one most important detail to include.

Train departure time may help as well.

Why can't you get an auto rickshaw? (Rs50-80 from the pre-pay counter in New Delhi station, depending on the time of day)

I am afraid that the the rickshaw or taxi may take me to the dark room.haha.
My friend told me that he wanted to go to some hotel, but was carried to unofficial travel agent, who was charged big money in that dark room. So I think I should take subway or bus in Delhi.
But in south India there are not so many Indian who are trying to sell you something or some service unfairly. It doesn't matter that we take rickshaws or taxis in other cites, I think.

how can I go to this address? Should I take a metro and then transfer to a rickshaw?or Take or bus?

Santhigram Kerala Ayurvedic Centre
A-1/286, Safdarjung Enclave
New Delhi-110029
Landmark: Near Kamal Theatre and Opposite to All India Institute of Medical Sciences Trauma Centre.

My friend told me the service there is very nice. But I don't know which is the best way to get to there.
May be prepayed taxi from New Dehli station will be the best. Right?

I take time out of my holiday to offer you advice on how to get the information that will help you, try taking the advice and giving details.

Like too many users, you don't understand how things are from another persons point of view, if we have to explain a reply that will fit all details, all budgets, all times of the day etc, we simply don't bother, we don't lose out, you do.
