About the 10 bookings per month... I have a few questions.
On India Mike it says on this page that its 10 journeys per month but that could be multiple tickets (e.g. 10 bookings each for a family of 5). On Man in Seas 61 it says the opposite... 10 tickets period so that would be only 2 journey for a family of 5 to equal 10 journeys... does anyone know for sure???
Also... for the 10 per month... is that 10 per month booked or 10 per month of travel... like can i book some now for december and some more for december in a month? or is it 10 journeys in december...
Thanks for your help!

10 journeys in a calendar month. You can book 10 tickets (upto a maximum of 6 travelers per ticket) in a specific month.
Has anyone else had problems with booking tickets via Cleartrip? We tried to book tickets from Agra Cantt to Madgaon in 1.1.2016 and everything seemed to be ok. We paid the tickets and of course We thought that this is it, there was this message saying that Cleartrip wasn't able to book tickets right now, but they will try to book them again as soon as possible. I still got an email of our journey being confirmed. This morning I had an email that full refund is processed and no booking is made!!??! Any idea?

My travel agent misrepresented her ability to get India rail tickets. I am desperately looking for a travel agent here in the US you can help me with my rail bookings and payments. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm leaving in March. Thank you.

Safekey in USA - Not available

Hi Just called American Express Customer Service and after they transferred me 4 times and finally someone with knowledge told me that this feature is not yet available in any AMEX card issued in USA?, Did you got your new Card (Blue Cash Everyday Card) you were waiting for? Does it have Safekey Authentication feature? Let me know as I am curious and I will ask to get that card if it has. Were you able to make booking on IRCTC website directly using the new AMEX Card with SafeKey?
THANKS
I tried internationalrail.com.au but it costs over 2x the price compared to cleartrip...

AMEX Safekey is now available to US issued AMEX cards
Starting today, US AMEX issued Cards have Safekey, so they will now work on IRCTC!

Well worth saying twice! How does one avail of that facility? Does it apply to recently issued cards or do we have to ask for new ones. Mine are chipped..

There is no enrollment. You just use your card and enter the code they send to your email or mobile in the screen, then enter the 3 digits from the back of the card Hi friends! Hi,
Maybe you can try :http://etrain.info/in
They have a PNR checking option on the left of the screen, an "orange" colour tab.
