During an extended visit to Ladakh during the summer, I was invited for a traditional Ladakhi lunch by LEDEG. The food was delicious and appetizing to say the least. Here are some photos of the dishes I enjoyed. I like the sprouted barley rotis and turnips with wild garlic the most.

The dishes were not spicy or oily and maybe that's why I enjoyed them greatly.
