Are either of these grains used in India either as a food source or as flour?

Amaranth is very common, used as green vegetable and as grains. Puffed amaranth laddoo is a delicacy.

I have not seem puffed amaranth but will look fot it.
How about quinoa or amaranth flour added to wheat flour for chapatis?
