Most liked Indian foods by foreigners

Hi all,

I live in Germany and very new to this group . I plan to start some cooking classes for the locals . Off course not to earn any profits . This is my hobby and it makes me happy .

I am collecting names of most liked Indian foods by foreigners who lived in India for sometime.

Language Timothy, I made a similar joke a while back, and "mother" did not approve.;)

Already put this on another such thread, Maharashtran shrikandh and chicken kolhapuri. Of course, fresh, roasted jowar (sorghum) in a field, ground meat samosas, and chicken Araku come in close..

Chutney powder or gunpowder sent by any Tamil friend's mother. I never did find it in the market, and never managed to make it quite so good myself.
