Suggestions for araku & vizag trip from Hyderabad

Hi everyone, I am planning a trip to araku and vizag for 3 to 4 days in next month ( October last week ). I am coming with my family ( parents and sister) . So I need suggestions for where to stay and trip plan. Is there facilities that 4 of us to stay in single room I.e like cottages or extra beds etc...or shall I have to book two rooms? And suggest how to visit tourist places in araku and vizag? Please suggest

I recommend the Buddhist caves at Bonnakonda, just north of Annakapalle. Also the beaches look different, so don't visit just one. Try to get as far north as Bheemunipatnam, which is a gorgeous beach with black sands. Kailash Giri seems popular with Indian tourists, but to me it had a plastic feel.
Rickshaws were very negotiable, as there seems to be an overabundance of them. The local bus going to the beaches is quickly overcrowded by students from the area colleges.
There are some great temples in and around Visakhapatnam. Kanaka Durga Mandir is just south of Visakhapatnam, but their is a long detour to get there.
