Feb 12: Jaipur, leave to Jodhpur
Feb 13: Jodhpur
Feb 14: Jodhpur, bus to Jaisalmer
Feb 15: Jaisalmer
Feb 16: Jaisalmer- camel safari
Feb 17: bus/train to Udaipur, Udaipur
Feb 18: Udaipur
Feb 19: Udaipur
Feb 20: bus to Bundi, Bundi
Feb 21: Bundi
Feb 22: Leave to Agra, Agra
Feb 23: Agra, night train to Varanasi
Feb 24: Varanasi

Welcome.
Have you checked the availability of the trains that you plan to take. They can be booked 90 days in advance and fill up pretty quickly. For some reason Agra - Varanasi is always in great demand so don't delay. Come back if you need any help on booking trains or check out the Indian Railways forum on IM.

Thanks Dave!

I'll make sure to book the train from Agra to Varanasi in the next couple of days. Do you know if I should book the train Delhi-Amritsar well beforehand as well? These are the only two trains I think I'll take- I prefer to have more flexibility and take buses.

There's more choice between Delhi and Amritsar including a couple of Shatabdi day trains which might be a better option. One leaves early morning and gets in late lunchtime. One leaves late afternoon and gets in around 22.30. Have a look at the availabilities which will give you a steer as to when you need to book.
