Our tentative plan is like this:

13.10.2018 (Saturday): [/U][/B]

Arrival at PB at 14:25. Check-in and fresh-up. Have snacks. Visit Cellular Jail in the second half (reach there by 4 p.m). Then watch light and sound show there (starts @ 5:30/6 p.m). Night stay @ PB.

14.10.2018 (Sunday):

Start by 8 a.m. Go to Aberdeen-Ferry to avail two Island trip (Ross Island and Coral Island). We can try for Semi-sub marine ride at Coral Island. Two-island trip will take 6 hrs. Return, relax. Night stay @ PB.

15.10.2018 (Monday):

Go to Phonix Bay to get a transfer to Havelock in the morning. Spent some time in the beach. Have lunch. Then proceed for Radhanagar beach (Beach no. 7). Night stay @ Havelock.

16.10.2018 (Tuesday):

In the morning, visit kalapathhar beach. Then catch ferry to go to Neil Island. Fresh-up, have lunch, then move to natural bridge (Laxmanpur 2). Then go to Laxmanpur 1 to view sun set. Night stay @ Neil.

17.10.2018 (Wednesday):

Visit Sitapur beach and Bharatpur beach. Then proceed towards PB. Night stay @ PB.

18.10.2018 (Thursday):

Day for Jolly Buoy/Red skin. Go to Wandoor jetty (check for Mahua dera) for the trip. Night stay @ PB. Can try for snorkelling here. Night stay @ PB.

19.10.2018 (Friday):

Visit Baratang- Full day trip. I will skip this because this one is very hectic trip. May be I will spent the day at PB.

20.10.2018 (Saturday):

Visit Conbyn cove beach. Then catch flight to return back at 17:15.

Due to shortage of time as well as the senior members of our group are not that interested for beach activities, I have omitted Elephanta beach from our trip. I will not go for Baratang trip. Can anybody suggest what can be visited on that day from PB?

No, not all .. You may visit any one or two of them on that day ( say Samudrika Museum and the Anthropological Musuem )

I'm not the right person to comment on this. Like you, I'm also planning a trip to Andaman for next year. So gathering info from threads on India Mike & other sites .

However, as far as my knowledge goes ( based on the info collected ) your planning looks perfect to me

Your visit to Cellular jail on the first day will be rushed - just 45 minutes to explore if you reach by 4pm. See this link for timings and details.

Lakshmanpur beach (natural bridge) timings depend on tide.

With senior citizens around, I would suggest spending more time relaxing in Havelock / Neil. Your program of 1 day each for these islands looks rushed.
Port Blair is just a large town. You can visit Samudrika museum (must visit in my opinion) and Chatham saw mill. The marina (RG watersports complex) is another place but it is just time filler.

Good morning Dada...basically the air tickets are already booked and with these many days, I am unable to include more days in Havelock or Neil. Senior citizens want to visit Ross, they want to visit Baratang as well. So, two days are occupied for those.

Now comes Cellular jail. I do not have any other day for that. Only 'Day 1' is available.

If you can suggest any other alternate plan, I will definitely try to adjust the things.

I am right now is in a very shocking position. I was just downloading the air tickets for our Andaman trip (scheduled on 13.10.2018) and in the website of Spicejet I discovered an alert! The flight has been cancelled. Immediately called the airline help line and was shocked to know..really they have stopped their flight from Kolkata to Port blair! They were offering connecting flight which will eat up 2 days ...I don't have the luxury to include two more days in my planned vacation...and I had to cancel the trip. We have got no intimation...not from our travel agent who booked the flight!!

Sorry to hear that.

Many tourists from Kolkata will face same problem as the dates coincide with Durga Puja vacation

I do not know what other passengers will do, may be most of them will accept the long connecting flight offer (via Chennai) provided by them. What was really shocking that the person I talked to over phone who must be an employee of Spicejet acted like, she had no idea about the cancellation. Later I discovered that they have completely stopped their flight from Kolkata to Port Blair...and only an apology is the thing she offered. Disgusting!! Now, I have to search for a new place and I do not know where to go..train tickets are completely out of question... I am at mess...
