2 weeks is barely sufficient but you can try.
Delhi - Agra make it a day trip.
Delhi - Kalka overnight train. Kalka - Shimla toy train or bus.
Shimla - Manali by bus.
Manali - Delhi overnight bus.
Delhi - Jammu overnight train
Jammu - Srinagar by bus
Or budget airline Delhi - Srinagar
Srinagar - Leh by bus
Leh - Delhi Plane.

Hello kiran and welcome to indiamike.com

I changed the title (and moved it to the Itinerary forum) of your thread for two reasons.

1, to get a better response to your thread.

2, thread titles like 'URGENT: I need Ur Help' are sometimes used by people needing immediate help in a 'real time' situation, members would be less likely to look at those threads if every time they found only Itinerary questions.

Sounds very hectic to me. Cause one needs time to recover from some of these journeys unless you plan to fly on many occassions.

Yes Mridula, Leh needs a bit of acclimatization. Not a good idea to fly in straight.

Its important to know when do you plan to visit India. Leh is best visited from July to September only. The other places may not be at their best during this period.

Visiting Leh in March is out of question ! This makes it easier for you to plan your two weeks.

From Manali you can head for Chandigarh via Mandi, Jogindernagar, Kangra and Pathankot.

From Chandigarh, Jammu can be reached via Ambala, Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Pathankot.

You could fly in directly, but you'd need to spend two days at the least acclimatizing -- which spells "no exerting yourself during that period."

The alternative would be to head to Leh from Manali, but that's not an alternative as the passes won't open till late May at the earliest.

Kiran, did not understand, you leave Bangkok for India in 2 weeks or you will be in India for two weeks. Because road Manali Leh is closed till summer I presume you meant two weeks. If you have more than two weeks everything is possible, if only 14 days at your disposal I would suggest to skip Kashmir and Jammu and enjoy mountain scenery in Himachal Pradesh, especially in Keylong and around and beautiful buddhist gompas like Alchi, Likkir and Lamayuru. Two weeks will be barely enough for such tight itenarary and you will need organise everything in advance. Mountains are not for people in a hurry - landslides, accidents, everything happens and drivers become very religious or superstitious after crossing mountain tricky passes.
