Of course it's actual, I'm talking about people I know personally aren't I?

I understand and appreciate the need for online references/links, but I'm sure beyond reasonable doubt there aren't any. The way our bureaucracy works, why would they make anything easy for the general populace? Just a small case in point - the very same BOI whose website links are in various immigration/visa threads used to have a page about visa-fee exemptions, as I read in another thread. Looked for it myself, where is it? Gone. Insstead of progressing, they're regressing.
