Don't mean to offend anyone but couldn't help laughing at this

I've experienced it more in the south than north of India. I teach in a school in east London where most of the kids are from a Bangladeshi background. It's quite common for them to do a slight head movement (more of a tilt to one side & back) usually to indicate "OK" or "I understand".
