I can provide some information from Wangtu till Karcham.
The road from 1 Km before Bhavnagar till 1 Km beyong Karcham (Wangtu lies between these two places) is either unpaved and muddy or paved but in bad condition due to construction work. Our car took around 1 hr 40 mins to cross this short stretch. I traveled upto Peo and Kalpa and the road was in good condition.
Further ahead, other members can help....

If I understand you correctly you mean the road that starts from Wangtu moves towards north crossing Yangpa, Muling and the cross Bhawa Pass to meet the other trail that comes from Pin Parbati Pass proceeds to Mud and then go towards Kaza via attarago. This is the road from Wangtu that crosses through Pin Valley.

Let me tell you except the stretch between Mud and Kaza, it's not at all any motorable road, it's just a trek route crossing Bhawa pass.

From Wangtu till Mud its definitely unpaved and about length of the road, I feel you can expect better reply in trekking forum.

Cheers!!
