I have posted my queries in one of our IM ers' TR .On suggestion , I am planning to prepone the trip to 19th June . This is the itinerary :

19th June Chandiragh to Manali (Manali Hotel)
20th June Manali - Kaza (Kaza Hotel)
21st June Kaza - Dhankar - Dhankar Lake -Demul - Tabo (Tabo Hotel)
22nd June Tabo - Pin Valley - Mudh (Mudh Guest House)
23rd June Mudh - Ki Monastery - Kibber - Komik -Hikkim- Langza- Kaza (Kaza Hotel / Any other homestay?)
24th June Kaza - Chandratal Lake (Chandratal Lake Camp)
25th June Chandratal Lake - Manali (Manali Hotel)
26th June Manali to Chandigarh

If I have 1 extra day , which place can I add .

I have spoken to taxi drivers , got 3500/- per day quote ( Innova) . Is it possible to negotiate , we are only 2 people.

Please suggest places to stay in these locations .

Thanks

There's a photo and phone number of one homestay in langza in my TR. I've had lunch there and seen the place. The family is nice.
P.s. Bear in mind that homestays in these parts have spiti/ladakh type dry toilet. It takes some getting used to. If that or the altitude is a concern then stay in Kaza and do daytrips to these places.

Your itinerary looks good. If you have a day extra, I would suggest take a day break in Kaza to acclimatize as Manali-Kaza Circuit has much drastic and irregular altitude differences compared to Shimla-Kaza route through Hindustan Tibet Highway.
Also, instead of covering Ki Monastery,Kibber, Hikkim,Langza,Komic in a single day, I would suggest make it a two day affair. Make it Ki Monastery and Kibber a day and on your spare day go for Hikkim, Langza, Komic. This way you shall enjoy the locations more. When travelling to a place as virgin and beautiful as Spiti, I would suggest take your time and enjoy at a steady pace rather than trying to cover max locations in one go. Spiti & Ladakh requires your time and adulation, only then can you make it a trip worthy of your memory.
Otherwise, for your spare day, you can either visit Gue for the living mummy or visit Lalung. In my opinion, Lalung is a much better option.

Pity you didn't plan for July. I shall be travelling to Spiti in July. I need company for the same. Same plan and itinerary as yours. If any change in plans do let me know.

I won't like to dampen your spirits, but I guess camping facilities in Chandratal Lake shall be scarce in June as it is just the starting of the season. One/Two Tent facilitators shall be available max. Taking into account the current weather conditions, Spiti Valley in June shall see Rainfall this time and pray to God Chandratal stays open. If God forbid rainfall occurs, you shall need the buffer day for Rohtang Pass as you may be stuck in traffic at Rohtang Top for hours if not days.

Any queries you have, feel free to get in touch. Rs.3500/Innova is a moderate deal you struck. Although, I gues something in the range of 3000-3200 would have been better.

Get ready to be bitten by the Himalayan Bug.

You can try Vivek +91-9418719202 (Mountain Monk, Manali) or +91-9805887416 (Evergreen Himachal,Shimla). These two are good.
