hi
first of all your plan is not good if you reaching at Amritsar you have to take route via dalhousie dharamsala to reach manali.

Amritsar to Manali it will take 13 to 14 hrs drive.

Go to shimla , manali, dharamsala amritsar than to delhi.

Exclamation DO NOT tandem Paraglide in India !!

I notice you have indicated that you may wish to paraglide while up in Manali, my sincere advice is NOT to!! Paragliding is an adventure sport and carries with it inherent risks. I am an experienced pilot and have seen paragliding operations in this area and would not allow my friends to participate, it is simply not worth the potential injuries that may occur, put your money and time into some worthier pursuits,Hare Om , jhon

manali paraglidingX

Hi, I'm fairly certain that rafting operations would be a better choice for some safer fun, provided you can swim and have a life jacket.I don't want to be a 'wet blanket' but the operations i saw where just not up to present industry standards where governing bodies ascertain pilot qualifications, equipment certification and insurance requirements,
sincerely yours jhon
this link was forwarded to me by the senior safety officer of our paragliding club, warning: it is sobering viewing with some images of injury
