Dear Imikers

We three friends aged 50+ planning a 3 night/4 days trip in Jun 16 starting and ending at Delhi with following details:

1st day. Evening 11 pm catching Himachal exp and getting down at 5.30 at Kirtapur Sahib Railway station
2nd day. Kirtapur to Shoja ( 6 hours : 200 km ) via Mandi: By Taxi (or may hire a vehicle for entire trip). Would like to avoid overnight travel by road from Delhi
Stay at FRH or PWD guest house or any other good home stay suggestion (Will avoid Banjara Camp due to high cost)
Visit Sarolsar lake in a/n
3rd day: Visit Jalori pass
4th day, Check out and move to Gulashain preferably Raju's guest house or FRH or any other recommended home stay or camp inside GHNP. Visit GHNP
5. Visit locally till 2 pm and leave for Kirtapur to catch 11 pm train to Delhi

Suggestions invited on

(1) Is it ok to get down at Kirtapur to go to Shoja ?
(2) Where should we stay, (we 3 need one good room, budget not a major constraint)
(3) Should we stay at gusain Raju's guest house or go for trekking and stay inside GHNP (will there be porter and camp to support stay inside)
(4) What are must see and do things ?
(5) Any other advice on precaution etc.

Thanking you

Rajus guest house is a great place to stay, great price and great food. GHNP is quite a distance from goshaini to walk both ways in one day. We wanted to do that but rain played spoil sport. White here you can trek to jalori pass, why don't you ask Raju about feasibility of trek to GHNP from his guest house. He is very helpful. His sons are great guides.
