Dharamsala last 3 weeks of march - typical weather?
What weather can I expect in, and around, Dharamsala mid to end of march?
When I check the record on timeanddate.com for the last few years, the temperature seems to be around 20+C to 30+C, nice and warm summer weather then.
But when I check the forecast for march 2018 on accuweather, the temperature is predicted to be around 15C to 20C. How accurate can I expect this forecast to be? Has 2018 been a year out of the ordinary, so far? Is there a risk of a sudden dip down towards freezing point, I mean, if things already are out of the ordinary?
15C to 20C is a typical norwegian west cost summer, and we all run around in short pants and take the roof of the convertibles as soon as the temperature passes 15C
In other words, what to pack? I will bring a pair of long wool and underwear and a fleece jacket anyway, but should I bring some light winter clothing as well, or will wool and hiking pants do?
How much rain can I expect? Should I bring rain clothing, and perhaps gumboots, as well, or will normal semi waterproof hiking boots and a rain poncho do?
I'm not afraid to get a little wet for half an hour, as long as I don't freeze to death over the next hour or two while the clothes dries on the body... if the humidity allow them to dry on the go, at all?

How do I edit my posts? Am I blind?

Can also be hung with the zipped opening in top.. there is a "3 finger hole" in each end of the zipper though.. are the mosquitoes in great number and aggressive? Could maybe put the sleeping bag inside a mosquito net?
It's not so much about saving money, as the freedom to be able to sleep wherever I want, without having to carry a tent - which also takes time to set up
I don't have any plans for the trip besides "going to Dharamsala to receive a message" of some sort.. besides that I'm just going day by day, hour by hour, and see where it takes me =o)
