planning the trip like this.
Start from chandigarh ------ to Kasol

Kasol ---- to Kaza

Kaza - to Kalpa

Kalpa to Shimla
Shimla to Chandigarh.

i want to know if this is feasible in october end ? any kind of support available in case of bike fault ? availability of petrol pumps in this route ?

any kind of information is highly appreciated...

If you're going from Kasol, you're probably aiming for crossing over from the Rohtang la side. Unless I'm mistaken, the passes will close by last week of October, and it will become exponentially difficult to cross to Spiti. There's a chance the road will be snowed in, making the crossing difficult, or at best delayed over days. You might still have a small window if the weather holds up, but do consider the risks first.

No. You can take the all-weather road from the Shimla side via Reckong Peo and Kinnaur. That remains open through the year. But the weather November onwards will be bitter cold, and water pipes will freeze, so most smaller hotels will shut, or will be understaffed. Go only if you are mentally prepared for, iced roads, lack of water, and night temperatures going below –10°C.

IMHO, end of Oct is not the right time to venture out to this area. Though difficult to live in, it is not impossible to travel here. You'd be (good!) crazy if you pull it off If you do, we are all ears for your stories and photographs!

Oh and by no means should you proceed via Kullu valley. Take NH22 via Shimla and Rampur.

PS: I've biked between Delhi and Sangla in June'15.
