I have recently got an offer to work in Dharuhera. However, my wife's company is in DLF, Gurgaon. Will it be possible for me to drive from Gurgaon to Dharuhera everyday? Or what is the best way to manage this situation?

Yes, it is very convenient to drive from Gurgaon to Dharuheda, the distance is hardly 40 Kms all highway. And in your case, it makes sense to have your home close to your wife's office for obvious security reasons, so this is the best option for you.
If you find my posts confrontationist, please bear, I am an old frustrated guy who has nothing better to do than sit on rocking chair and curse the world whole day

Thank you very much. How about the peak hour traffic? On an average how long does it take to travel from DLF to Dharuhera?

My experience is outdated as it has been some time since i went that way, but it takes anywhere from 40 minutes to more than an hour depending on the way one drives. On an average during peak hours, it will take about 50 minutes to an hour or so at the least, that is, if you were not to cross Dharuheda town.

Why don't you check out with google maps for your preferred timings? Traffic in NCR has changed over the years and it's different at different times.

My experience with Google maps regarding road traffic has been pretty good. The information is pretty accurate at least for Mumbai.

Hey, it hardly takes 1 hour from DLF to Dharuhera and the way is very clear and straight you may get traffic only at Toll Plaza which may take 5-10 minutes but you will reach there within a hour.
