Is my passport damaged because of bulges inside lamination?

Hi all,
I haven't used my passport in a long time and I recently took it out. It was kept in a tight plastic bag which caused the passport to fold in one corner.

Because of the folding, some bulging (large air pockets) appeared inside the front page lamination. The bulges are over my place of birth and slightly on the bottom of my photo.

All text is legible and the photo is clear if checked in person. But the bulges are visible. Also the lamination edges are undamaged (bulge only in the middle area)

Only when I took a photocopy of my passport the place of birth was blurry.

Will my passport be considered damaged or tampered?

At the first opportunity please get your passport reissued.
